Serkan has been employed in the financial services industry for over 20 years and more specifically working within residential & commercial lending for the last 10 years. He is passionate about applying his vast industry experience to source the best possible loan products for his valued clients. Always happy to share his knowledge with clients, Serkan will ensure his clients finances are structured correctly in an endeavour to create a seamless path toward wealth creation.

Serkan holds a Degree in Business Marketing, Certificate IV in Financial Services, Diploma in Financial Service and a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.

In 2010, Josie commenced her career in Lending, utilising her extensive experience gained from working previously in Product Development, Retail Category & Account Management, Human Services, Insurance and Recruitment. Josie prides herself in offering superior customer service and achieving the best results. With her positive friendly approach, diverse array of skills, along with her wealth of knowledge of the various lenders available in today’s market, she keeps the loan process professional, seamless and stress free for first home buyers, repeat purchasers and professional investors alike.

Josie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Certificate IV in Financial Services, Diploma in Mortgage and Finance Broking and is a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
